where's the love?
You are welcome to quote me on this..
During the summer of 2004, I had an epiphany. I had to choose between
life as a Gay man or death as a Mormon man. Had my choice was to be a
Mormon, I would not be writing this to you!
I love that you make me think a little deeper about things that are easy to disregard. I have mixed feelings about BYU...because it is a private institution, they can pretty much do whatever they want, right, wrong, or indifferent. So I don't think anyone can or even should make them change. HOWEVER, I do support free expression, and if someone wears a gay pride t-shirt at BYU, I don't think that should be a problem. It's a tough issue.
I'll keep thinking about it and will really read the links you provided when I'm done with finals, papers, etc.
