a good laugh and 4 birthdays.

I woke up this morning and checked my pager. Mom left a message on AIM which was good news.

Yay!

I'm an uncle again! My brand new nephew was born around 6 a.m., weighing 8 lbs. 7 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long. My proud brother, now a father of 4 kids, is spoiled with this great, newborn birthday present! Happy Birthday, Jonathan!!!!

Anyway, I sent another IM to my mom later in the afternoon to ask if my brother and a sister had changed their emails or not. They haven't, so I made them a Monk-e-Mail that's supposed to say: "Happy Birthday, Monkeyface!" Oh, yes, you read me right! I have a sister whose birthday is July 13th, another sister, a brother and his son whose birthdays are all on July 14th! 4 birthdays within 2 days! Happy Birthday, Monkeyfaces!

While I was working on the emails, mom replied that my brother's kids are staying over because he and his wife are at the hospital taking care of their 4th child. One nephew told her he needed to go pee. So, mom went to take care of him in the bathroom. Here's the AIM conversation between me and my mom:

mom: Corbin has to pee. brb

mom: Okay, he pooped a log and I wiped him and was getting him down when he indignantly told me he had more.
mom: So, after a few seconds, he looks between his legs into the toilet and says in a high pitched, excited tone, "Hey, a little bit of diarrhea!"--Just like he was seeing a long lost friend. He is Jonathan's boy!!
me: Lol
me: A little IBS
mom: I need to go get my makeup on before Dyllan wakes up from her morning nap.
mom: Ha
mom: Just like his uncle!
me: Heh
