from allrecipes: tri-color pepper slaw.

Tri-Color Pepper Slaw

Servings:

INGREDIENTS:
2 green bell peppers, sliced
2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 (8 ounce) bottle balsamic vinaigrette
1 cup crumbled feta cheese

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, gently toss the green bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, and feta cheese. Allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.

UPDATE: I tried it and thought it would have been better. I realized the recipe calls for TOO MUCH balsamic vinaigrette! You don't want to "drown" your salad with too much. So, I'd suggest using 2 to 4 oz of balsamic vinaigrette, then add a little bit of salt and seasoning to taste.
