are video clips accessible?

"Expressing my concerns about having the option to view internet video clips with subtitles. Deaf people are at a loss when they view these clips without subtitles." I am glad Jared took the time to make this excellent video clip to prove a point. It would be great if all media on the internet is 100% accessible to the Deaf users. It would also benefit the Deaf people in other countries where captioning or subtitling isn't prevalent. Thanks, Jared!
