edible flowers.

I subscribe to the Craftzine.com's daily blog posts via the Feedburner service. I was delighted to discover an entry on edible flowers for salads or cake decorations. I love their picture of the cupcake with little flower petals on the frosting. This is what I am talking about:

I am SO bookmarking this! One of my best friends have a birthday coming up and she wants me to make vegan cupcakes for her. So, this is a great, quick article on edible flowers for decorating cakes and salads.

I never tried it, but I know what you mean about "too pretty to eat it"! That's why I always try to make it a habit to take a picture first, THEN it is easier to eat it! ;)
