Love your idea. I think someone else recommended that, too on my blogsite. Do you think people would feel better putting a permenant disclaimer vlog msg on the top near their title and they'd be excused to express their argument or would it be a dead space there, no one clicking on it and it becoming an eye sore? Hmm...
Hmm, I see your point about 'eyesore' video clip on top. Why not a text link to the video clip than to embed the disclaimer video itself? I think I could put it at the bottom of the blog.
It is the reader's responsibility to look for and read the TOS (terms of service) or disclaimers anyway!
