quick bitch - Chase credit card

It's actually a rant my mom just had a minute ago.

Chase keeps sending her credit cards even though she called them 3 times and wrote a letter to have them closed. Chase still kept it open. Then my mom found fraudulent charges on those Chase credit card accounts. She called them to have them closed and the charges investigated. They wouldn't close the account because she has to follow procedures to with for 2 more new credit cards, activate them, then call the Chase service to close them. My mom did all that, followed every step of the way. Now, today, she got frustrated because she got 2 MORE credit cards in the mail from Chase!!! She called them back and explained to them. The Chase people went oops and closed the account. I won't believe it until I see it truly happening. I told mom if she had to deal with that, I wouldn't use Chase or sign up with them. And I would recommend my friends and you readers not to use Chase credit cards.
