I wrote this last Friday or Saturday. The damn Tmail server wouldn't let me send this post! Ugh.

How true! Why?? There's a lot of stuff going on between me and my roommates at this current location. I am deeply concerned for my happiness at the new apartment. I have a big problem with not saying anything and let people walk all over me. And, if once I say something and draw the line, I am instantly hated, disliked, and called a bitch by those who used to walk all over me and disregard my feelings. I'll have to figure out something. I have things of mine in the kitchen and I can't use them because my roommates don't clean what they use, so I end up cleaning so I can use it. It always goes on like this."

*sigh*

I've decided to analyze dreams and start reading about Lucid Dreaming.

I am also thinking about attending the Deaf Native conference which will be held near Globe, Arizona this June. The reason why I meantioned this Deaf Native conference is because they offer some kind of dream analysis workshop, so I wanna get exposure to different point of views. It should be interesting!

Thanks to my best bud, Evan, for this story:

A young guy out on the town with his mates spies the girl of his dreams across the dance floor. Having admired her from a far he finally gets up the courage to talk to her. Everything goes better than expected and she agrees to accompany him on a date the following Saturday evening.

Saturday night the man arrives at her house with flowers and candy. To his surprise, she answers the door in nothing but a towel. "I'm sorry," she exclaims, "I am running a bit late. Please come in and I'll introduce you to my parents who will entertain you while I finish getting dressed. I should warn you, though, they are both Deaf."

With this she ushers him into the living room, introduces him to her parents and promptly disappears. As you can imagine, this is a little uncomfortable, as both of the parents are completely silent. Dad is sitting in his armchair watching cricket on TV, and Mum is busy knitting.

After about ten minutes of complete silence, Mum jumps from her chair, pulls up her skirt, pulls down her knickers, and pours a glass of water over her backside. Just as suddenly, Dad launches himself across the room, bends her over the couch, and takes her from behind. He then sits back down in his chair and balances a match stick in front of his eye. The room is plunged back into eerie silence and the young man is shocked into disbelief. After a further ten minutes, the daughter returns fully dressed and ready for the evening.

The date is a complete disaster with the young man completely distracted by the on goings earlier in the living room. At the end of the night, the girl asks, "What's the matter? Have I done something wrong?"

"No, it's not you," he replied, "It's just that the strangest thing happened while I was waiting for you and I am still a bit shocked. Well, first your Mother jumps from her chair, lifts up her skirt, pulls down her panties, and throws a glass of water over her behind. Then, as if that weren't enough, your Father races from his chair, leans her over the couch and does her from behind. He then sits back down and places a match-stick by his eye."

"Oh, is that all?" replies the girl. The man can't believe her casual response.

"Mum was simply saying, 'Are you going to get this asshole a drink?' and Dad was replying, 'No, fuck him - I'm watching the match.'"

Feeling balanced today..

I was kinda tired of my sister teasing me that having one earring makes me lopsided. So, now, I have both ears pierced! Bitch can shut her mouth! ;) ILY2, sis!

Ahh. Feels good to have a little balance!

last saturday..

I went to 2 parties last Saturday. Both were really fun! First one was Close to My Heart hosted in the early afternoon by Vee and TJ (that pic of TJ and Vee in the kitchen) at his home. It's a stamping party. Chlms was there (see pic of us), too! Fun! And, the other one was Adam's birthday party in the evening at a restaurant ZTejas something in Paradise Valley. Here's a pic of Adam looking a little drunk, but he wasn't! We went to a bar after the last party.

At a first glance, you would read the neon sign, "Ta o  Sah a o", but upon a closer look, you'll read the painted "Tacos Sahuayo."

Andrew introduced me and Robert to food from shacks or stands on the streets. Some of them would be 24 hours. We went to this one where they sell big burritos for 3 bucks each. There's a lot of meat in their burritos!

Very delicious and great for that midnight hunger pains!

If you're ever in Phoenix, Az, you'll find this shack on wheels near the area northwest of 30th Street and McDowell. It's on the parking lot at the Restaurant Equipment Company.

Maurice and his friends performed at Firehouse last Friday. It was fun! Vee is crouching on the front left corner of the stage as a safety hand.

Coyotes' (Wayne Gretsky's the coach) hockey stadium (brown building) and the Cardinals' football staduim (silver and designed to fit the style of the desert - we are hosting superbowl again I think 2 years or so). Both stadiums are right next to each other.

another Sidekick II tutorial

BIG thanks to my roommate, Andrew, for informing me of a feature I've overlooked in my Sidekick II!!!

I have been using my Sidekick II since the beginning of February 2005. I've been frustrated with not having a pic of an out-of-state friend or two, and attach their face pictures corresponding to their names and info in my address book. SO FRUSTRATING! After I installed this new feature, I found it in good use for my address book and changing AIM buddy icons! This new feature is called, "Picture Transfer." I totally love this feature, and sometimes tease my friends with it.

Here ya go! Here's how to use the "Picture Transfer" feature:

1. Just press the Jump button.

2. Select your Download Fun Catalog section.

3. Open the Applications section.

4. Select "Picture Transfer" and purchase for a one-time fee of $1.99. This will be automatically charged ONCE into your next month's T-Mobile bill. Trust me. It's gonna be worth it!

5. Install and restart your Sidekick II.

6. Open any email you have saved with attached pictures from friends.

7. Look for a button under each picture that you can click, "Open with 'Picture Transfer'." When you click that button under a pic you want to save or use, it will automatically save to your camera's gallery in your Sidekick II.

8. Keep in mind that you have a limit of 36 pictures in your camera's gallery. Don't go over the limit! (There's an excellent way to save more than 36 pics in your gallery - use your Gmail account. It'll zip all the attached pics into one .zip file and allows you to view the contents before downloading them! Wow, it really saves me and many people from headaches! However, you'll need a Gmail Invite to open an account with Gmail. Please send me an IM via AIM for an invite, I'll be more than happy to send you one!)

9. Now, you can do 3 different things with "Picture Transfer":

- One - Your AIM Buddy Icon:
After you saved an emailed picture and used the "Picture Transfer," go to your Sidekick II's AIM section. Make sure you are logged in. On your buddy list, press Menu button. Go to settings. You'll see your buddy icon, select it and it will list 3 icons: blank(or existing buddy icon), camera and AIM logo.. Select the camera icon, that'll open the camera's gallery. Pick the picture you want, check it and press menu button, select "use checked" and then you're done with changing your AIM buddy icon.

- Two - Your Address Book:
Ask your out-of-town buddies to take self-portraits with their own Sidekick IIs or webcams, and email it to you. Do the same way to save pic from email to gallery with "Picture Transfer." Go to jump screen, select the Address Book. Enter or select your friend's name. Click "edit identity" and select the icon on the left next to the name. Select the camera icon option. Your camera's gallery will automatically open. Select and check your friend's face, press menu button and select "use checked" option. Then you're done! Your friend's info now have a face to its name!

- Three - Your Blogger/BlogSpot Account:
With multiple pics in seperate emails, you can use "Picture Transfer" to organize and clean up those emails, convert all into one email with attached pics. It's a nifty tool to use for sending multiple pics via email to your blogger/blogspot/moblog account. After you saved all the emailed pics to your camera's gallery, create new message, enter the subject and fill in the description or story in the body. Use your blog/moblog's email address and send the pics. Your attached pics will be posted on your blog/moblog.
